You should see a (1) after your name when you press the Xbox button again on the controller you just did all of this on when you go to the “add or switch” part of the “Profile & system” tab again, you should also see it say “1 profile, 1 guest” in that same tab. Right underneath your profile it should say “Add or switch” press this and then add guest. Go to the “Profile & System” settings by going right a few times, you should see your account name/picture thing.
(think this may actually work on either one but just to play it safe)
